1. The Service

FuelPulse provides informational maps and community reports about fuel availability and related situations. Data is crowdsourced and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You use the Service at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Accounts

You may need an account for certain features. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information where required and not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or dangerous content.
• No false or misleading reports intended to manipulate the map or harm others.
• No attempts to hack, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
• No use that violates third-party rights (including map and brand providers).

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the community.

4. User content

You retain rights to content you submit, but you grant us a licence to host, display, process, and improve the Service using that content (including aggregated or anonymised forms). You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

5. Pro subscriptions

Paid features (“Pro”) may be offered via our payment partner. Fees, renewal, and cancellation follow the checkout flow and partner terms. Statutory consumer rights apply where they cannot be waived.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for decisions you make based on map data (e.g. travel or fuel planning).

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if the Service is free. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your content, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may change these Terms or the Service. Material changes may be notified via the site or email where appropriate. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.

10. Governing law

Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
